    Like any company, you get what you put in. You still need to network and make the connections to move into management.Not really a con.

    Pros

    Great benefits, pto days increase with years with company, and tuition reimbursement. Wells Fargo also works with the community and offers two days off a year paid in order to do community service.

    Cons

    No room for progression within corporate security and the pay isn't as desirable considering you are armed and responsible for do many lives and assets

    Pay according to the duties and responsibilities that employees are responsible for
