      I have been working at Wells Fargo for more than a year

      decent work environment and location is amazing. you cannot beat the Wells Fargo SF location.

      Cons

      management is not technically oriented and as a technical person I find that very hard to deal with since it almost like explaining to toddlers.

      High turnover of contractors and employees Frequent reorganizations Sweatshop environment--contributed to several heart attacks and 1 death in a department/team Poor documentation of production systems
