I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Work life balance is good. I have worked with great team members and have been able to build my customer service skills. It's a good job to start out especially working through college for the paycheck and experience.

    Cons

Some bad management and even more terrible ones. There are branch managers who were apart of the sales scandal and act like those sales goals are coming back. They constantly degrade, but don't help you with your growth or assist with building a plan to help you reach the next position. They want to take credit for the success their team members make in the branch, but haven't done anything to reach those goals. Constantly getting threatened to be written up for something minor, because they can no longer threaten to fire over not cross selling enough. 8 was never great for the account holders who have a below to mid average income. WF says there's no pressure to sale products, but threaten to close and shut down branches for not generating enough revenue. The health insurance is terrible and the best compensation really just goes to BM and DM.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Cons

Management, actually being able to take PTO, won't hire more employees just expect current employees to pick up the slack.

    Pros

Decent benefits PTO is nice Matching 401k up to 6%

    Cons

There is a lot of fluff, nothing seems genuine. Managers do things because it is coming down from the top. However it is quite obvious that it is not effective
