I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Opportunies for growth, you can move up and around quickly. Diverse, paid holidays, Pre filled PTO banks, Incentive compensation, Tuition reimbursement, Kincare, FMLA, and LOA

    Cons

Management is messy, micromanaging, unprofessional, and two-faced. Politics are huge here. They love brown-nosers. I've worked in various lines of business and the management has the same culture. Must be displayed from higher ups since so many are modeling this behavior. At the end of the day, your just a number. So don't make it too much priority, it's just a job.

    Advice to Management

Don't let your title go to your head. Be genuine, be positive. Value your dedicated team members if you want them to give there best performance.

I worked at Wells Fargo (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The career development and career pathing is wonderful. If you have a good work ethic and are a hard worker there is no reason you should not be able to advance.

    Cons

Some departments lack professionalism. But overall, it is a great work environment.

    Pros

Benefits are amazing, and there exists a true team spirit among employees. The company has a substantial vision that believes in customer satisfaction through employee satisfaction

    Cons

The company does not prepare itself for change well, or is unable to manage sudden change with much success. The result is often inconsistent goals and fleeting processes that make work difficult.

    Advice to Management

Wells Fargo has an amazing work force, but the talent is not properly allocated. Untapped potential in your team members often leads to frustration and lack of enthusiasm in supporting the company vision.
