The incentive is great, the ability to advance is also a plus.

Advice to Management
Please treat your employees with the upmost respect. They are the ones that make the company and help you look good as well. Let's not forget that.

Few and far between. The only pro I can think of is the free account offered, avoiding annoying fees that Wells Fargo would otherwise charge.
WHERE TO BEGIN? The company DOES NOT care about you as an individual, and while the throw terms like progression, advancement, moving up, etc. around when you're in the interview process, it becomes a totally different story when you're actually working there and attempting to progress to a better job that you are well qualified for.
