    Cons

There where no con for this job. There is really nothing bad to say about this company

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Great learning experience, pay is good and team becomes a family.

    Cons

Stressful at times, not much opportunity to ask questions when actually on the phones, and long hours at odd times.

    Advice to Management

Allow new employees to ask questions while on the phones, they are dealing with serious information and were not taught all the facts.

I worked at Wells Fargo (More than a year)

    Pros

The bank's internship program at the University of Florida provided an excellent workplace for young professionals to develop interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

    Cons

Many potential clients distrust the bank's reputation due to the organization's recent issues with ethical compliance at the top management level.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to creating more effective campaigns that show the bank's shift in culture from its recent national scandals.

I worked at Wells Fargo (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly environment, and a team-centric culture. Always a positive outlook and positive reinforcement to reward exceeding sales goals.

    Cons

Its not as though creativity was suppressed, but it surely wasn't fostered. The business would benefit as a whole from employee created programs and ideas.

    Advice to Management

More one on one time with the interns. The group development was incredible, with excellent training and meetings twice a day. The individual contact with management was limited though

    Cons

You replaceable, and everyone walks around afraid they might be next if they breath wrong

I worked at Wells Fargo (Less than a year)

    Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed the group of interns I worked with. Wells Fargo was able to recruit a group of intelligent students.

    Cons

The internship program was in its infancy and it was very clear that we did not have a defined job description. The interns were very much mislead on the opportunities we would be given

    Advice to Management

I would make sure to not sugar coat/promise certain benefits to the students (i.e. networking opportunities that are not reciprocated).

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I worked in the student loan application phone center. Wells Fargo is more flexible than most employers regarding schedule. Training is thorough, and advancement is likely per performance..

    Cons

Phone center work is phone center work., every minute is accountable.

    Advice to Management

Provide work opportunity on rotating basis not on the phone.
