    Can't see any at all.

Absolutely no chance of advancement if you are a minority. Rules are made up on the fly in order to benefit the "cliche", who always seem to be promoted. Meanwhile work, which is generally repetitive and the perfect example of inefficiency, is dumped on workers that they feel unworthy. So much for working hard and reaping the rewards.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They are regular people with regular problems. It's not always about you!
