Professional environment; Stable work schedule with an ability to change shifts if necessary; Monetary initiatives; National/internationally renowned company
Once Wells Fargo took over the former bank then sales became the most important aspect over good customer service; I felt forced to do things such as target college students or senior citizens to get the sales which I felt uncomfortable doing
Advice to Management
It was good that management offered assistants to help individual bankers met criteria before firing them; It's good that management tried to connect to teams on a human level by doing team activities
