I worked at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Steady paycheck, decent benefits, and opportunities for advancement

    Cons

Toxic culture of passing the buck and blaming. The expectation is that an individual bury procedural weaknesses (or, heaven forbid, an actual human mistake) so as to appear perfect, which is counterproductive to a healthy and successful work environment. Instead of employees working together to fix problems, they often waste time trying to find a scapegoat upon which to place blame. This practice was consistent across departments.

    Pros

Great benefit options and many career paths to choose from

    Cons

Too many hoops to jump through for the hiring process, even to internally apply for a job, both are very lengthy processes. Ridiculous sales/production goals.
