I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Pro active in resolving past issues and re-establishing faith in the employees.

    Cons

A lot of dynamic changes going on.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with communicating to us. It's working

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pto, additional days off. Great learning experience. Great training. Great team members.

    Cons

Favoritism. Was not given a raise because of attendance but overall exceeded in every criteria. Management was unfair on tardies for being a few minutes late on breaks. But failed to report favorite employee who would constantly take advantage on 15 min breaks. Favorite employee would take 45 min-1hr break plus on top of 30min lunch break.

    Advice to Management

Employees talk to each other. Be professional

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay easy job they are very lenient as far as attendance good pro and good benefits. Don’t apply if you can’t sit for 8 hours.

    Cons

Growth is limited to go getters usually only one day during weekend off and bonus is not likely but easy job of you can get yelled At by customers all day. Someone’s has to get yelled at.

    Advice to Management

I just wish management had same experience instead of hiring from outside

    Cons

Family plan insurance (spouse and children) cost was around $275 biweekly. T

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, schedule off Fri-Sun, place to grow and advance

    Cons

WF attendance policy is ridiculous. If you have an emergency and need to leave early it counts against you even with documentation!!! Doctor notes, proof of car accident or car trouble, or family member in an emergency. It still counts against you. If WF can fix this I would definitely rank them 100%. For this I give then 90%, maybe 93%.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company cares about it employees and its customers. You can work your way up without a degree. Many opportunities for growth. 4.6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) by your 3rd calendar year, in addition to 8 days of paid holidays.

    Cons

You're underpaid for the industry, even with a degree because anyone can work their way up in the company without one and could potentially even get higher pay.

    Advice to Management

Managements hires from within which sounds good on paper, however it tends to be people the like and not necessarily a strong candidate. Hiring more from outside the company would bring fresh ideas and perspectives.
