    Pros

Better than any other bank I worked for and care to make you feel appreciated, paid volunteer events , reward good employee metrics

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

More than enough vacation hours to help with work life balance. Company also matches 401k contributions up to 6%. Provides many opportunities to advance with proper licenses.

    Cons

Some of the difficulties of working here is that your job is so centered on focus, customers tend to be very needy and do not understand policies and complain as a result.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

the best reason for me is that the company cares about you and your family, your not just a number, my department was displaced, all 88 of us or I would still be there.

    Cons

it's about mortgage and my experience is more banking, financial side, back office research and subpoena compliance, my chances of finding another job in a different department were slim and having to compete with 88 employees.
