I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Pays for up to $2,500 (part-time) or $5,000 (full-time) of college tuition
-Customer service and sales bonuses (although they can be unrealistic at times)
    -Overall positive work environment

    Cons

As a part-time college student, I PERSONALLY can't find any cons about working for Wells Fargo. The company has been very good to me and has worked exceptionally well with my school schedule.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps improve communication between banker and tellers. They have to work very closely day-to-day and sometimes communication can be shoddy, depending on which management is operating.
