I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Wells Fargo treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

    Cons

The only cons involved in working for Wells Fargo involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

    Advice to Management

Most always do, but make sure to say good morning to each and every one of your team members! It really makes a difference and makes being at work feel like being home!

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company that loves and cares for their employees and customers, despite the negative images in the public recently. The are rebuilding customer's relationships and overall it's a great company to work for. Great pay and benefits, promote from within very quickly to get ahead in the company.

    Cons

Schedules can change due to business needs. Policy changes often if you're the type of person that likes things to stay the same.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

Branch manager 1 is a hourly position so you don't have to over work yourself. Since its hourly upper leadership wants you to stay as close to 40 hrs as possible

    Cons

There isn't anything that I would say was a con. I was happy as a branch manager 1 and many people feel the same.
