    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Benefits are good, especially in the area of vacation time. FMLA and work accommodations are available. Allows employees to bid on different shifts quarterly.

    Cons

Company does not develop employees. People are trained for the job they are going to perform, but there is no opportunity to train for enhanced roles. Pay raises very small.

    Advice to Management

Be more concerned about how customers are treated than how the bank is perceived.
