    I worked at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    The pro's of working at Wells was that I was able to be full time and I had great management. The job is above minimum wage but still should be higher. Also unlike some other banks we can have food and drinks on the teller line which is a plus!

    Cons

    The con's is the pay, the intense drive for sales that drives down customer appreciation. The bankers have it even worse to make sales. There was a high turnover rate because employee's did shady things to meet their sales quota. bottom line at Wells it's not about the customer it is about the profit.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on customer service and the sales will happen automatically because you are building trust with the customers. Also, don't put so much pressure on employees to hit sales goals, turn their focus more on customer service!

    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Fairly easy to move up, but the pressure vs pay is not worth it.

    Cons

    Hardcore push on sales with little incentive. Unrealistic goals. The store that hardly gets any customers will have the same goal as the store with 50 times the customer.

    Advice to Management

    Give us realistic goals
