20 paid vacations days are great.
They keep trying to push the idea that the bankers are there to help their customers succeed financially but that isn't really true. All they want is for you to sell various products to the customers regardless of whether it would help them or not.
Advice to Management
Instead of putting sales quotas on bankers, think about the neighborhood the branch is in and adjust the quotas accordingly.
