    easy to be promoted, great benefits, excellent training to all employees, great communication in regard to expectations.

    Cons

    heavy workload, too many managers and conference calls per day, too many reports to do daily, overtime to the point you can't see your family very often,

    Advice to Management

    By reducing reports and conference calls the employers could be much more productive Trust your staff to do their job. The time wasted on reports and calls take away time that could be spent making customers happy and for the employee to be able to produce more on a daily basic.
