    Pros

    -Wonderful CEO/President
    -Excellent Team to work with
-The company has drive and determination
-All of its employees are wonderful people and very hard working

While career development is encouraged, you still have to own it. They do provide resources to help along the way.

    Advice to Management

Be sure to keep future focused and provide the resources when and where needed.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay. Good advancement opportunities.

    Cons

Forced to make sales goals or be fired. Too much stress and pressure . Not worth the salary.

    Advice to Management

Year people fairly and with respect. Don't put so much emphasis on sales and more on customer service. Sales will come on its own if you treat the employees and customers well.

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I was able to get a new position because of the WF name.

    Cons

Micro managed. Constantly hounded to sell, sell, sell so we can keep, keep, keep every red cent if what you earn for us.

    Advice to Management

Share the profits. Look at the cost of living in the state where the position is located. Be honest to employees about how difficult it will be to earn commissions so they are able to make informed decisions.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I liked the office atmosphere, as well as the ability to work unsupervised. I completed many tasks that were
not in my job description, and was able to do so. I also learned new computer programs for loan processing

    Cons

The lack of training in the work environment was taxing. Being a self motivated individual, I sought the answers to my questions.

    Advice to Management

The ability to move up in the company would be beneficial. There is no place to do work without distractions.
Too many employees on the phone in the same small office makes it very hard to concentrate. Not having
a manger to be accountable in the location is also a big time consumer.
