I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Aggressively expanding in EU, junior team member work valued, opportunity to work directly with the VP/D/MD, winning mandates, good work/life balance (except when on projects) and no 'facetime', colleagues take genuine interest in career development

    Cons

Not enough clarity around progression, less structured than at our shops (good and bad), pipeline growing but not stable

    Advice to Management

Continue the good work and keep supporting international growth

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Freedom to take on new things. Flexibility in terms of time and focus. Interaction with senior managers on a regular basis.

    Cons

Lack of technical support. Management is focused in the United States (East and West coasts) so leadership can, on occasion, be lacking.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The hours were reasonable, and it was not too stressful. Decent team and desk was easy to get along with

    Cons

The technology stack wasn't the best because it was a weird mix, but things were changing when I left so maybe it is better now.

    Advice to Management

I don't really have much to say as it's been 3 years since I left and I suspect things have changed a lot since then, but then again, I don't know for sure so...

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Very friendly management of team members and a conservative approach to risk. Strong balance sheet base and wise investment strategy.

    Cons

Overly conservative with a slow to react attitude and a poor payer. The speed to market of this institution is reliant on the siloed line of business construct.

    Advice to Management

Be more proactive with a global view of banking that reactive in an insular sense where the bank is resistant to change.
