At times the place can lack of flexibility and take a while to evolve and adapt but the will is there and it will happen in time.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is good. I get to run with lost of ideas. Work / home life balance is excellent. Colleagues are very happy to help and work with you. Company is in a huge growth period so lots going on. Perfect for people who want to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

    Cons

Slow place and risk adverse, there are some challenges in moving things forward. Lots of socialisation needs to take place. Company talks all the time about having more challenging conversations (i.e. everyone is too nice). Because the company is growing so fast there are some growing pains regarding role boundaries.
