    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

compensation is good, benefits are great, pto is also excellent.

    Cons

WF spends a great deal of time micro-managing, even for the most experienced constant belittling is the normal. So much pressure is put on lending officers, too much pressure actually. Employees feel like criminals for the bad decisions made in 2017 and prior - all are now paying the price.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

I don't have anything to say

    Cons

Abusive management, abusive testing process that no one should go thru. The company and management intentionally try to destroy employees moral. Management and HR work together and you are helpless. VP and his management team are close friends. They work together and they support one another. You can not complain about your manager to VP. If you do, you get fired. It has happened.

    Advice to Management

You shouldn't think only to fatten up your wallet. You have duties to act fairly and honestly. VP stop being friends with your managers. You are in a position to lead. By hiring your close friends to be your managers, you are not doing what is best for the company but for yourself so they will protect you. Integrity and honesty is best policy.
