I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wells Fargo is a great place to work. They take good care of their employees. Team Member experience is one of their top priorities.

    Cons

Management is always super fun. There are personnel issues to handle, paperwork and compliance things. Any management position is going to have those downsides.

    Advice to Management

Hire the right people, they will make all difference in how your branch runs. Having people who competent and willing to do what they are asked, go above and beyond is a huge value.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Job security and somewhat competitive pay for the state I'm in. Benefits aren't too expensive and seem to be decent for the price you pay

    Cons

Support from management is extremely lacking with this company. Management is more concerned about general appearances of the department as a whole rather than whether employees actually enjoy their job and are being developed how they want to be.

    Advice to Management

Cut back on in-office politics and focus more on developing promising employees

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time

    Pros

    Cafeteria, gym and decent benefits.

    Cons

All new management that is clearly faking it till they make it. Technology is behind all of the other big banks so once we are finally up to speed, I can see a lot of jobs being lost. Things in the division have taken a big downturn since the scandal and they are penny-pinching as much as possible to make up for it. They are trying to pick up the pieces but I think it's going to take quite a while before humpty dumpty gets put back together again.

    Advice to Management

    They don't take advice.

    Pros

Great company focused on customer experience! Each team members daily focus is to ensure the clients experience is number one.

    Cons

Over coming past clients issues like a sales environment lash back culture. The culture at wells is changing and growing but it has been difficult from the settlement.

    Advice to Management

Listening to your current team members ensures great growth and success!

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great PTO and benefits here at WF. Working in a team environment is great. Super affluent market here in Park City.

    Cons

Upper management is not always helpful. Getting promoted can be very political. Hours are great but working Saturday's nearly every week gets old.

    Advice to Management

Upper management is not always your advocate. They don't see what happens on a daily basis inside the branch. This makes it difficult for them to relate to you and your daily tasks. Even if they previously held your position.
