    Pros

    Usually 9am - 6pm, off on Sundays!
I really have not much to say in terms of pros. The job is very similar to working in a retail department store or a car dealership. It may seem somewhat better since you don't have to keep folding clothes or live only off of commission. But have no doubt, you will be fired if you don't produce above and beyond expectations. You may enjoy the environment if you are an unethical, hustler (as long as you cover your tracks).

    Cons

Very little room to grow! The bonuses are hard to come by and they are not even worth the effort. Constant pressure to sell, sell, sell! If you reach your goals, they simply raise them almost immediately. Don't expect an annual raise! They don't care or take care of their employees or their customers. Gaming, unethical practices and scamming employees and customers is imbedded in WF's DNA. Don't go there unless you are desperate!

    Advice to Management

Now that you see all the unnecessary sales pressures, making bankers stay, hours longer than their shifts end, to make solicitation calls, setting impossible sales goals, shaming and pressuring employees for not hitting daily/weekly goals, maybe it is time for you to change policy and direction!

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked in the client management department and leadership was accessible, down to earth, and open to feedback. Managers genuinely cared about training and helping employees on their career path, even if it was in a separate department.

    Cons

Conservative culture that made it a bit hard to express yourself in the environment without being judged by coworkers.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work in training and helping employees on their career path. Encourage coworkers to be open to new ideas as well.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Branding and banking experience. Decent people below management and the time off is excellent. Multiple opportunities throughout organization. Plenty of work to keep busy.

    Cons

Reputation has gone south and leadership still is insistent on maximizing solutions to achieve sales goals. Unrealistic targets and pressure amount to poor unstable job. Always feel like type not doing enough.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the solid employees you have left and and stop stealing from loyal customers. Align goals within all channels not just what you think people want to see from the outside. Develop better culture before it's too late.

    Pros

The benefits package is a great one. The paid time off, bereavement, medical/vision/dental and 401k. There are employee discounts as well.

    Cons

The Walnut Creek office did not have room for growth within the department.

    Pros

Some great co-workers, the management is crap though. Shady business

    Cons

Their raises are crap. They don't believe in bonuses, they're outsourcing all the jobs, they want robots

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Wells Fargo as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great business structure/ model. Great team and work environment. Wells Fargo does a good job of handling its costumers well. They invest a lot of time to ensure that they are giving the best customer service.

    Cons

One con I can think of is may be invest in an employee just as much as they invest in the customer. A happy employee is a productive employee.

    Advice to Management

While working here has been great, I would prefer to be a full-time employee with room to grow where I can turn my job into a career opportunity.
