    Pros

A Chance for advancement as long as you never make waves.

    Cons

Immature managers, outrageous goals, and waste of employee's time every morning for a huddle.

    Advice to Management

Promote based on numbers and service, or on one or the other. Some people work too hard to achieve high numbers just to watch someone else who doesn't try get promoted as well.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The management cares about you and works hard to make sure that you are happy. They try to help you reach your goals, although depending on store the goals are impossible. Benefits and training are spectacular.

    Cons

The goals are unrealistic and make it very difficult to reach the pay they discuss in the interviews. Goals also are the basis for other opportunities and it makes everyday culture difficult if you are not reaching goals.

  3. "A sales-focused position with little to no recognition for achievements made"

I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Fun, young co-workers. Easy hours.

    Cons

Low pay, high turnover, poor job perception, too sales-focused.

    Advice to Management

By making better hiring decisions, increasing pay, and granting more autonomy to employees, I think turnover would go down significantly and employee morale would increase.

  4. "Sales Position, very pushy"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The hours are great, and the benefits are great

    Cons

They are very pushy, they don't care about their customers, they only care about making the sale, they don't care if the customer is an elder old women if they see a sale outta her they will force her to open up another checking account to even confuse her more, they don't work with their employees they promote people that shouldn't be promoted to just get them out of the teller line, so the people that are the ones that should be promoted they hold back because they don't wanna lose any sales

    Advice to Management

Wells Fargo is a huge company which is great, but they need to go back to the original way of running things, they need to actually ask their customers if they want to sit with a banker and not just say I'll get a banker. They prey on the weak and vulnerable customers that walk thru the door.
