    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, pay is ok, stable company, very diverse, present in the community, well known in the industry, good work/life balance

    Cons

Positions outside of the bank branches are limited to certain areas of the country, promotions should be determined by experience and knowledge

    Advice to Management

Adopt telecommuting for good employees outside areas where bank presence is dominant

I worked at Wells Fargo part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly staff members, job duties we easy to learn, felt like "home"

    Cons

Too pushy with sales goals, do not focus on the customer but only meeting and exceeding goals. Too much time spent on tracking leads instead of helping customer in front of you.

    Advice to Management

Try to focus on providing great service instead of worrying about sales goals.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Benefits, Time Off, Decent training. Great company culture. Volunteer time off and tuition reimbursement available after 1 year. Matching 401k.

    Cons

Communication on change is a little lacking. If you are looking for a customer service job, this is not it. Wells is VERY sales oriented.

    Advice to Management

Listen to middle management more often. Sales incentive should be slightly easier to reach. Continue to participate with community outreach programs.
