Quick to hire if you can pass the online survey. They are always hiring. They do show you a lot of ways to make bonus money.
Goals are very challenging to make GOOD money. You have to really sell accounts and x-sell A TON of credit products. A lot of micro-management if you need that coupled with hypocrisy; Apply if you must.

To survive and to have insurance
Too much sales pressure (every hour sales results required by DM/upper management) or in other words tellers and personal bankers(PB) are COMPELLED for the sales. If PBs cannot complete their day's quota, they cannot leave the branch unless they make appointments over the phone for next day(s). Tellers are compelled by Service Managers (in charge of Teller-line) to fill out all Deposit Slips, Counter withdrawal slips(counter checks) etc for ALL the customers (whether they are young and can do on their own or for other customers who chat on the phone or chew chewing gums standing there) in the name of OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GOING OUT OF THE WAY TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. This company might be best among top 100 US companies but only for upper management employees and not for Tellers and Personal Bankers. New Tellers have been given raise after the recent survey but old tellers get same rate or even less than the New Tellers current rate and they face more challenges and responsibilities than new tellers. Nobody is happy with this company.
Advice to Management
Not to push too too much for wrong sales tactics, pay them as per the market rate and protect tellers and personal bankers from Managers' and Service Managers' harassment. Upper Management should meet all employees in the branch when they visit, but currently they do not do so!
