I have been working at Wells Fargo part-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Great benefits and flexible schedule. The company does care for their employees. Best part, there is always room for advancement.

    Cons

They could pay their employees better. Especially since they push tellers to upsell and you must meet their sales goals but at the same time, they tell you not to sell if you don't feel comfortable.

    I worked at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Meet a lot of great people

    Cons

Unrealistic pressure and goals... bankers are treated like slaves. the company is very greedy refuses to approve their clients and expect unrealistic goals.

    Advice to Management

Why don't you try opening two new accounts everyday and tell me if that is a realistic goal
