I worked at Wells Fargo full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Systems/ Technology great! Staffing great, almost too many people! Communication pretty good between managers and district managers. Unfortunately, too much Competition drives unethical behavior!

    Cons

Sales pressure and leadership! Made the weak do very unethical things! Sales pressure in bearable! Legacy Wachovia employee who enjoys and lives for sales pressure, but even over the top for me! Attrition in 2011 over 40%... Finally forced upper management out, took a lot of top employees leaving to finally open their eyes!

    Advice to Management

Competition in sales is absolutely needed, but to what lengths do you go?? Way too far! Keep your integrity, or get it back if you can at this point! Ethics and customer service need to be your priority! How do you fix it now?
