I worked at Wells Fargo for more than 10 years

    Pros

I like conducting searches to protect the banks interest against any criminal activity. Including verifying our customers identity and any negative news that could affect the integrity of the bank.

    Cons

Some challenges have to do with the frequency of logging into the necessary website to conduct our mandatory preliminary investigations. Other than that. I don't find any.

    Advice to Management

Would like to see new hirers training in an actual classroom setting and working on computers as instruction is given. The old hands on approach would be much more effective for new hires in my opinion.

    Too many layers of management.

    Advice to Management

Reduce the levels of management to increase productivity.
