    Pros

    Wonderful company culture, they really took care of their employees with competitive pay, generous benefit packages, company outings and charitable giving.

    Cons

    The revenue were impacted by market downturn, the company couldn't diversify in time and had to lay off people.

    Energetic environment with an appreciation for the qualities required to lead in a competitive industry. Hard work with excellent rewards.

    Cons

    Industry changes and regulatory focus created an untenable situation leading to the firm decided to eliminate the vast majority of its sales staff.

    Pros

    Best group of people you could work with. Upper management respects the employees and treats them very well. Benefits are unbelievable and the work / life balance is great. The company has a successful history and has done a lot of great things.

    Cons

    The company has gone through some tough times recently, but management has handled it as well if not better than most companies would.

    Pros

    Highest level of professionalism, emphasis on providing exemplary customer service. Friendly and fun atmosphere. Coworkers are easy to work with.

    Cons

    Wells has a strict and somewhat old fashioned dress code. Pantyhose and closed toed shoes are required for women. Ties and no facial hair for men.

    Outstanding benefits including company paid health benefits for the entire family
    Caring corporate culture
    People are outstanding and very qualified in their fields

    Conservative dress policy may not appeal to some.

    Communication to employees regarding comany vision has been an issue in the past, but steps are being taken to address that via quarterly meetings.

    Pros

    benefits have to be some of the best anywhere. great opportunities for personal growth, vacation days, corporate retreat. Christian company, so expect prayers before all meetings. Leo is a class act with an open door policy.

    Cons

    a little old fashioned in the culture, super strict dress code (suits & panty hose). the interview process is lengthy, including psychologist.
