    Pros

opportunity for growth, learning, somewhat competitive pay. the grass is only green where you water it.

I have been working at Wellstar Health System full-time

    Pros

There are definitely some perks & health & wellness incentives here. There's onsite concierge that will wrap gifts for free, the grille food tastes great & there's a free yearly health screening for all employees. You can use your badge to pay for food, in the giftshop & even onsite vendors. It comes out of your check.

    Cons

You can use your badge to pay for food, in the giftshop & even onsite vendors. It comes out of your check. LOL! Be careful. As mentioned the grille food is great but super pricey. They took away a large employee discount. Payscale is lower than several other organizations and negotiations are very difficult. Job titles don't make sense sometimes and miscategorize folks. The health insurance isn't great. And pricey. Glad to have it though. They stopped the awesome pension. It really helped & inspired many to work here. Ouch. But I understand. It's a business and was no longer affordable to them as an organization. Still stinks though. Too many strict rules. You can feel leashed sometimes.
