    I worked at Welltok full-time

    Pros

The benefits are okay, but you can find better elsewhere. might be a good fit if your a junior and need a first job, but do yourself a favor and leave within a year.

    Cons

Rude and professional management, no focus on individual career growth. Everyone seems to be out the door. Asinine development process meant to devalue team members. Engineering is viewed as a cost center and not as part of the company. Micromanagement is prevalent everywhere

    Advice to Management

Read the reviews and take action.

I have been working at Welltok full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Competitive Pay/Benefits, Eager and Intelligent Employee base, nice offices, free snacks, liberal PTO, compelling and innovative ideas.

    Cons

Leadership, lack of execution on key initiatives, high turnover of key stakeholders, little enforceable accountability, company vision is not shared, uncertain financial future.

    Advice to Management

Shake things up ASAP. Bring in a strong operational leader who can point the company in a direction and execute on it. Try to stay away from just adding another former colleague or friend of the current management team,

    Pros

Diverse software Flexible schedule if you have a good manager Quality individuals work there Decent pay

    Cons

Poor upper leadership Too focused on landing big deals to keep up appearances Nothing being successfully done to address high turnover of key employees A concrete vision for the full suite of products, but no one person or department that knows how to execute it, or has full cross functional knowledge

    Advice to Management

Shake up the C suite and senior leadership.

I worked at Welltok full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are still some good people there and they have a Bevi machine.

    Cons

Extremely high turnover. A shoddy product built and maintained by junior-level offshore devs. Low company morale. A complete lack of vision for the company beyond hoping someone is gullible enough to acquire them.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees (Narrator: They didn't)

I worked at Welltok full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good benefits, Market rate pay, nice laptop. If you are a brown-noser looking to weasel your way to the top through the manipulation of others, you'll fit right in.

    Cons

Unhealthy work environment. Due to Financial challenges, it is an understaffed company surviving with extreme micromanagement and stick & glue architecture. The consistent turnover proves it and supports it. I would disregard the review that seems to blame the "victims". It is not difficult to treat people with respect and they haven't figured this out. People are not treated with respect, trust, or consideration.

    Advice to Management

Make changes based on the feedback you receive. Flush out the micromanagement team and think about listening to the people you hire.
