    I have been working at Welocalize full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    great vision, excellent co-workers, interesting people from around the world, strong leaders, fast paced, learned a lot, opportunity for more responsibility is good and very fast paced, made many friends for life, strong values, opportunity to see the world

    Cons

    rapid fire changes that sometimes miss the mark, long hours, lots of travel, too much to do and too little time to do it! rapid pace sometimes causes confusion, communication at some levels is not clear

    The vision is good, stay true to it, communicate more often

    Pros

    Communication is very important to develop mutual relationships between the clients and vendors. Welocalize has been known as reliable localization agency by the clients and vendors. The name we can trust.

    Cons

    Hourly rate is relative lower but still considerable.

    More reward programs.

    I have been working at Welocalize full-time

    Pros

    relatively well-paid there are some truly good people in the lower ranks who work their socks off

    Cons

    Workload too big Management don't listen and only want to drive sales terrible benefits - no overtime pay, no bonus, no maternity pay other than legal minimum etc 2 tier culture - management are valued a lot more than the lower ranks high staff turnover progression near impossible unless you are the one who shouts the loudest people in UK replaced with people in Romania

    - pizza and Sushi once a month - active sports and social - good location

    Cons

    - long hours with no appreciation from management - no options for career progression - no reviews or management meetings to voice concerns - no training provided when new tasks given and no support from management - commitments made to clients without teams input - no communication from management on future plans - low job security which is used a threat to enforce long working hours and increased responsibilities...

    - communication of plans to increase confidence, consultation with staff and and appreciation, review of the working hours so they are remotely close to a standard working week
