    Pros

    Flexible Hours, and co workers respect their environment.

    Cons

    Leadership is weak, and Upper management has no concern with employees ability to earn a decent pay.

    Advice to Management

    Don't ask employee's to work for a pay rate that you would not accept yourself, and be honest with your staff, Tell them you thank that this is what the management thanks your worth...

    General manager sucks, runs the place like a bully on a playground and has no common sense.

    Pros

    Flexible about hours needed, but mostly because they are desperate for workers.

    Cons

    So many cons to list, number one is the breaks. If you are part time, you aren't allowed to take a break. They make you clock out a few minutes before your break is due, so that they don't have to give you one. Standing for 5 hours in one position, without a break, a trip to the bathroom, or even a drink of water is cruel.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better and maybe so many people wouldn't quit.

    fifty percent off food items

    Cons

    drug use by mangment and employees. had to close and then open next day on Saturday. little sleep if any before busiest day of week. Food cross contaimination problems with fish and chicken products. service times overrode washing of hands even if I hand oven cleaner on them.

    Get a brain

    Pros

    You get a discount on the food.

    Cons

    Never getting to leave your shift when it actually ends
    Lack of leadership and lack of other co workers pulling their weight
    Being expected to do many things at once at the drop of a dime
    Being yelled at by rude customers on a daily basis

    Hire shift leaders who actually care about their employees and don't constantly complain about their job.
