    Cons

    Advice to Management

Management needs to work on hiring more qualified people. One of the two reasons why I left Wendy's was because of my coworkers. They slacked off, and didnt know how to do their job. But that wasnt their fault. It was managements; Which brings me to my 2nd reason on why I left.
Management didn't know how to deal with new employees. They assumed they knew everything the first time they were told and just threw them on stations. It was up to us older employees to teach them how to work a station, while maintaining our own at the same time. This caused problems such as miscommunication, slower service, and wrong orders.

So my advice; Work closer with your employees. Make sure to answer any questions and help them in any way you can.

    I worked at Wendy's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The friendships you make are really great and your crew starts to feel like a family. It's also a great first job because it teaches you customer service, cash handling, and multi-tasking

    Cons

Pay is low of course, plus I worked at the 2nd busiest Wendys in the Cincinnati are so there was always a rush and we would get double wrapped around the building. People always call off, and it's alwaysss understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Help out more and be more lenient with people's schedules while they're in high school. Some of them also forget they're you're boss not your friend and then drama starts.
