    Pros

    Researching at Wentworth provides good field experience, and teaches new skills that are applicable in future career internship positions and relevant jobs.

    Cons

    Wentworth does not pay students very much, even though most of the money comes directly from federal funding programs as part of tuition assistance

    I am able to do my homework while doing my student job at a college.

    I am unable to use what I learn in my classes.

    This is a great job for students, but it does not allow my mind to grow.

    Pros

    Relatively small so more opportunity to take on additional responsibilities than at other colleges.

    Cons

    This is a very poorly managed place. HR is terrible...there is an inner circle here. If you're connected to it you can do anything you want and your job will be safe. If you aren't in it then good luck!

    Advice to Management

    You need to get new management

    I worked at Wentworth Institute of Technology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They were very Flexible, friendly and understanding. The place is always clean. They have many different types of 3D Printers.

    Cons

    Lab gets very busy at the end of the semesters. 3D print section is little small.

    Pros

    Collaborative, supportive, and room for growth.
    Professional development is strongly encouraged. Great office culture and supportive management. Good retirement benefits.

    Cons

    Low salary leads to high turnover and some morale issues. Expensive health insurance and limited incentives for health. Old school mindset means lack if schedule flexibility.

    Advice to Management

    Be more flexible with scheduling to accommodate employees. Encourage workplace health. Improve benefits and perks to compensate for low salaries.
