    Cons

Got hurt in Atl. Ga. was let go while still hurt. Been trying to get workcomp. settlement for three years. They keep paying off my lawyers to sit on my case and do nothing. Payed off one to not take the case to court. Now I am sitting home can not do that job anymore and can not take care of myself and can not get them to do what the law requires them to do and that is take care of their employees that are hurt. Please donot get hurt on this job because it will be as if you never worked for this no good company.

    Pros

Have a great FM. I just do my job and do it well. Lucky not to me micro managed.
    Benys are good.

    Cons

Great CO to work for as long as you don't need to make money.
There is minimal room for advancement unless you have 30 years in front of you.

    Advice to Management

You are loosing valuable talent as the CO is too big to recognize a job well done.

    Pros

Do your job, you get the pay. They keep there trucks up for the most part. Most of the management care if you contact them. Omaha that is.

    Cons

Stay away from other werner drivers on the road, some like to try running other werner drivers off the roads? If you drive in the Northeast region, they cant do anything for you from Omaha after hours. If your thinking about a dollar account? Don't do it!

    Advice to Management

Worry more about standing dehind your drivers, Not the company store. Some of the people behind the desk should have truck time lol.
