The pros of Werner would be the apprenticeship program...everything else is crap. bad trucks...bad management...no life don't think if you take a dedicated route that you will really get your guaranteed home time. that is a crock of ....

The apprenticeship took 4 months for me to get anything...I had to make like 10 phone calls to werner and post 9/11 customer service reps to get my pay. Tuition assistance was a pain in the butt to get started also. they tax that 250 also. I highly recommend going to another trucking company

The pay is great and the home time is also great. The F/M will work with you to get your home when needed
Cons
People are slow it the stores and most of the locations are hard to back into. And the loads are not neat at all. A lot of broken and leaking items.
