I worked at Wesco part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Big Rapids location was like a family. We worked together and encouraged each other. The once a month profit share was unbelievable too.

    Cons

Our management needs help. They were overloaded and would not delegate tasks to workers. They start pay at 8.50 and you start at part time. Also, advertising jobs with in the company need to be improved.

I worked at Wesco part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good staff, good raises. The customers can break up the day depending on where you work, and it's not uncommon to make friends with those you work with or serve

    Cons

Too much of the experience depends on having a good manager. Scheduling becomes a nightmare if you are not careful

    Advice to Management

Let associated have more say in their scheduling and ACTUALLY THINK ABOUT WHATS BEST FOR EVERYONE. Don't get stuck printing the same schedule off week after week if changes are needed- or solidify the schedule so people know when their days off are. Right now you are 110% stuck in the middle between these two extremes and it's stressful for the employees.
