    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    - Good people to work with
    - Supervisors will assist you in increasing performance
    - All questions are answered quickly related to banking practices
    - Two weeks vaction plus about 7 personal holidays per yr
    - Management willing to try to be flexible with work days however I'm in a call center environment so flexibility is limited

    Cons

    - Not enough growth and opportunity for advancement.
    - Raises are minimal (about 3% of pay)
    - 10 min breaks

    Advice to Management

    - Bring back 15 min breaks
    - When goals and stats are not only met but exceeded for the year then a raise should be more than 3%.

I worked at Wescom Credit Union full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The starting pay is the only thing that is decent. I would not say there are any other Pro's for this company.

    Cons

Collections dept is the best at Micro managing, extreme negative environment, very poor management, favoritism. No room for advancement at all.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to get involved to oversee how the collections dept is ran and managed. High turn around rate due to employees being unhappy and leaving. Micro managing to the highest extreme. Tv screen monitors time between calls and managers will question if over 2 min between calls. Restroom time is monitored. HR informs management when complaint reports are made. If you voice your opinion or stand up for yourself then you are insubordinate. If you are questioned and refused to tell on people then you are being insubordinate and that is grounds for termination. Management is very good at making threats. Worst company I have ever worked for. Wouldn't recommend anyone working for Weston's collections department.
