    Pros

    Secured, transferrable within the state of West Bengal only. Working for the country. Opportunity to take part in the development process of the state.

    Cons

    No consistence policy. Lots of political interference. Irregular increase in salary. Very limited scope for improving qualifications during job. Difficult to leave the job.

    Advice to Management

    Increase salary. Introduce scheme for increasing qualification of the employees. Make exit route for the employees easier. Better carrier opportunity for employees.

    If want to work without Progress continue working in West Bengal.

    Nothing to comment on it as I feel there is no proper system to recognize your skill in West Bengal.

    Yes, here the work-life balance is better than other states. And also the higher authorities are much helpful.

    Cons

    Now a days, the work opportunities are less. Instead of Govt. jobs, here is hardly any possibilities to get hired for any offbeat profession.
