Have to be begging them for raises. A lot of pressure and work. The company only cares about the best interest for themself and doesn’t value there hard working employees

Ever since I started at West Coast Dental, I was so impressed with how the leaders were so involved in the company and showed great care for the well being and growth of their employees. I look forward to working with this company in the future.

The negative environment Negative offices attitude Appointment cancellations Micromanaging Breaks & lunches, break room is always so full. Call center gets treated differently by other employees, they belittle us.

I dislike the discount that is given to us for our families to come to west coast dental it’s not really a good price for employees .and the insurance that we are offered is to expensive
