I have been working at West Florida Hospital full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Best Pay, Top Rated Hostipal

    Cons

Unsafe Patient to Nurse ratios, Short Staffed all the time, Usually end up providing total patient care because there are never enough Techs, Do not go here as a new nurse, you will be put in a contract, you'll have to uphold your end, but they will not uphold theirs, and the way the contract is worded, there is nothing you can do about it.
