    Negative Outlook

I worked at West Hills Hospital & Medical Center full-time

    Pros

Learning experience on what to expect from a staff in a hospital as a patient...scary stuff.

    Cons

There are some good people in management here, but many bad choices as well. Lots of turnover, not always for the best. I heard bad things about this hospital from a patient perspective, and now I have heard it from the employees too.

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees, and make better hiring decisions from the start. A hospital full of unhappy employees is a scary place for patients to be. Nurses told me they would never choose to be treated there...food for thought.
