    Pros

    Flexible scheduling
    Down to earth management/Staff
    plenty of opportunity for growth

    Cons

No benefits. Miscommunication between staff & management. HR is kinda sketchy too. Too family oriented and internal.

    Advice to Management

I'm not even sure where to start. Normally when a business fails its starts from the top.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at West Sacramento, CA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

flex hours, friendly place to work some of the time.

    Cons

if a person wasn't related to someone high up, there will never be an opportunity to move up in the organization. Favoritism runs the show. Managers with time in, rather than actual experience are in charge.

    Advice to Management

    Clean house
