    Pros

Good people, good benefits, casual attire everyday is acceptable except when Senior Management is visiting from Germany. Otherwise it can be jeans everyday if you want.

    Cons

IT department is good, but Software is obsolete. Bank was restructured and is now an Asset Management firm. Bonus and salary structure gone. No more raises, no more bonuses. Overall company moral is low.

    Advice to Management

Provide $ to stay with company.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great benefits package, you don't pay for medical or dental, a small amount for vision for you and your family members. Work life balance is awesome, nobody works more than 40-45 per week. You get 20 days of vacation, 3 personal, and unlimited sick days. It's a relatively laid back environment, not like a stodgy investment bank.

    Cons

Software/hardware is oboslete, it's hard to deal with people in Germany as they have a different way of doing things. Bonus/salary structure is lower than the industry standard. Overall company moral is low. Everything is done in Excel

    Advice to Management

Invest more into the staff. Offer more training for career advancement.
