    Non competitive salary, upper management disconnected to needs of associates, lack of growth and creative opportunities

    Do not overload/ over work your employees, create a less hostile working environment, learning to prioritize projects

    I worked at WestPoint Home (Bahrain) (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    People are genuinely nice & reasonable. They've gone through a lot of changes in recent years so the morale is not the best.

    Cons

    With a shrinking industry and more competition from other countries, it's hard to stay afloat. Consequently employees feel the squeeze.

    Advice to Management

    Do whatever it takes to raise morale & be more forward thinking.

    Provide opportunities to grow in your career if they see your capacity.
    Good working schedule (2 days off in office and 1 day off in production), working hours starts from 40-45 hrs/wk).
    Good working environment.

    Lacking of training to provide upgrades of skills and knowledge of current employees.

    Provide training and recognition to other employees.
