I have been working at WestRock full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Excellent Leadership from the new General Manager. He's really working to change the culture from the previous failed administration. There are programs in place that are focused on continuous improvement and making the company better all-around.

    Cons

The plant is located in the middle of nowhere. Many of the employees end up driving from nearby large cities.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! Your change in culture is noticeable.

    Pros

Corporate benefits are good, and comps y programs and values are good as well. Has a large presence.

    Cons
