    Pros

Family Oriented, Flexible and casual. They try to keep employees involved by doing a lot of outside activities. They are very invloved in charity work and promote that to their employees.

    Cons

Not much room for advanacement, compensation doesn't meet that of the market. Sometimes communication from management is lacking and could really use a boost in that arena. Though they want their employees to continue education, they don't compensate if you do obtain a degree

    Advice to Management

Communication and allowing your employees to take off when they need it. Sometimes departments get too busy that people seem to get burned out.

    Pros

An excellent friendly atmosphere in the team, many professionals.

    Cons

I think that from the professional point of view in the company everything is coordinated, but it's bad that this is only a seasonal job.
