    Pros

great people to work with. very laid back working style. great working environment and great benefits until it went under a conservatorship which was a very unfortunate thing. Future looks grim.

    Cons

Very aggressive business model by former executives and relying too much on the the investment income has cost this company to be in a very unfortunate situation. efficiency problems?

    Advice to Management

I just hope that the current executive management team will be able to put this company back on track to help out the credit union industry.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The people are fantastic - great hardworking people (below senior management) this where the rubber meets the road and things get done. Senior management largely got in the way.

    Cons

Senior management inhibited people rather that let people below them grow and develop. Alot of talent, however, it largely was not utilized due to management constraints

    Advice to Management

Let your people do their jobs and get out of the way with the bueaucracy, fifedoms and internal infighting between divisions.
