It’s a paycheck and that about it

Terrible pay, terrible benefits, cannot express your expert opinion because your viewed then as difficult instead of trying to make your BU better, if a Director doesn’t like your answer with go around you even though they will shot and then they throw a temper tantrum and talk down to you on a call. Long hours no work life balance a lot of busy work not making an impact

-Terrible management. Coworkers are pitted against each other for promotions they will never get, and your job title will change and work will increase constantly, but you'll never see an extra penny as reward. -Very catty and gossipy environment -Horrible work life balance...trying to work from home (before the pandemic) was unheard of. For some reason the UR manager was never in the office but always expected you to be! -'Diversity' is non-existent. Entire teams made up of only one gender or 1-2 races. They barely have any properly functioning ERGS because they don't have enough diversity in the org to bring enough people together.

The doors are still open. Company used to be great until Hitachi took over and trust me they took over!

To many to list. Since the take over from Hitachi WD has turned for the worst, they no longer care about the employees OT is gone even when needed. Everyone just over worked but trying to save there job so the backstabbing never quits. They have created the worst morale her in Fremont I have ever seen in 14 years even during our tough years and through lay offs. It's everyone for them selves here! NO RAISES IN YEARS. Work life balance great because there is no OT when needed so just stay home.
