    $15 an hour is a regional Industrial average for skilled trades start wage

    Friendly co-workers, you have the freedom of getting your job done without having someone always breathing down your neck, but you must be fast about it.

    Cons

    Management is ruining that company, they aren't paying staff fairly, they aren't recognizing the ones who are really making the company grow and putting the effort in, breaking their backs every single day to meet a deadline.

    Advice to Management

    With proper compensation comes dedication, morale, and overall happiness of a company. Research the Zappos company, or the "Container Store"...
