I have been working at Western Logistics Inc full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great atmosphere in Zeeland. Treated with respect, consistent paychecks, holiday pay, vacation pay, cell phone reimbursement. New building built to suit. Monday through Friday. Safety bonus of $350.00 a quarter which is obtainable.

    Cons

They ask for volunteers on the weekend to work.

    Advice to Management

Medical deductible is $1000.00 should be lower like $500.00 or 0. They pay a STD, LTD and life insurance for you no cost to employee. They should give the employee and option to get more life insurance.

    Pros

Generous comp time, an always-full candy jar (the owner is a chocolate fiend), the frequent one-minute walks for fresh air out to the warehouse. Fast-pased environment makes days go by quickly, location is conveniently right off the I-5 freeway in the Seattle industrial district, about a three-minute walk to a bus stop that more than 10 buses stop at. Although there are not many restaurants within a five-minute walking distance, driving to one isn't much of a hassle; there is also a microwave in the office for those who prefer to bring lunch. The mini-fridge is always well-stocked with water, Diet Pepsi, or other drinks.

    Cons

No Microsoft Office Outlook on the computers.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for treating your employees with respect and understanding life outside of work.
